Light knoweth no boundaries and such light is the resonance of the factor
of love in this universe and in all universes. That factor of light relates
to the solar ray of divine energy as the source of energy and creative
structure in this dimensional understanding.
Dimensionally, we are all interacting on multidimensional planes and our
wholeness of beingness is supported by the energy of the Sun and its resonance
of energy rays. These rays promote the impetus of movement and articulation
of matter in such a way as to promote the relative resonance of the hologram
of unity. We design the dream, the output and the outcome. We formalize
action by concurrence with that action. We cycle in thought on resonant
tones of color, sound, and related structure of resonant quality, and all
is unified by the bonding of creative time.
Time is output of resonant force and is composite of energy retractable
and expandable to the power of 10 to the 24th. Mathematically, time exhibits
structure. That structure formalizes the reality it implies. As we blend
in resonant tones of existence, we see that light is the basic or procreative
force with which all creation is substantiated and formalized.
Light quality has no relationship to the limited structure of language
but rather is a format of creative basis with which to unite, in bonding
synergy, the relationship with matter and energy; cohesive substance in
the universal structure of light. Formalizing matter into resonant quality
of atomic structure bends time to relate to itself dimensionally and thus
responds to the limitations or expansiveness of the creator within the
dimensions of consciousness. With that consciousness relating to soul vibrations,
energy frequencies and light quotient, matter is consequentially standardized
within the framework of evolution and focus; focus being the directive
force within the creative function.
We who are speaking with you now are of the 9th Dimensional Commission
of Light, associate with the 9th Dimensional Order of the Communion of
the Federation of Planets. We function as an activating modality in unison
with the Ashtar Command and the Federation of Planets to which we act as
ambassador to peoples and planets of light. Your planet resonates with
light though within that light resides an element of darkness for which
we must adopt a posture of allowance and support your population to fire
the planet with the light quotient that is your lineage and your destiny.
What is the difference between the 9th Dimensional Commission of Light
and the 9th Dimensional Order of the Communion of the Federation of Planets?
We of the 9th Dimensional Commission of Light reside in a field of resonant
tones surrounded by the energy of geometric zones of influence. The Commission
of Light is the structure of our being, the signature of that being, and
the tone quality that identifies our essence. The Order of the Communion
of the Federation of Planets is the framework of expression through which
we activate the interstellar wavelengths of energy to commune with and
educate in the mode of what you term “trigger” in your language.
We act as triggers of the encoded light resonance within each of you and
activate that resonance with its geometric counterpart galactically in
a cosmic mirror. We act as one force although we are made up of the cumulative
focus of a multitude of entities that act as the formatting unit of light
to many planetary systems. We travel in light form and our bodies are known
to you in their resonance quality rather than the structuralized form to
which you are accustomed. However, our bodies hold a pattern of development
and expression that relates to your own electric signatures, as your bodies
are light lowered to engage third dimension in electromagnetic form.
So we are the conjunctive understanding of the communion of beings of diverse
systems and our energy signature attunes to planetary systems undergoing
evolution at accelerated pace. We assist in the focus and the directive
capacity. So, on a practical level, we introduced ourselves to you as a
means to relate our light quotient with your own and thereby assist others
of your species with light information that will act as triggers to the
personal and planetary transformation that is occurring.
Do you have a template or posture that we may follow in order to attune
ourselves into receivership of your light quotient?
We of the 9th Dimensional Commission of Light bear the resonant tone of
the galactic frequencies of the dimensional plane. You ask that we share
our light quotient with you in terms of information resonance; however,
that resonance is relative to the cognitive structure of you as the receiving
unit and our transmissions are so noted by the relative understanding and
unit knowledge so noted as your own light quotient. You see, light quotient
is the veritable package of compact units of awareness or light frequencies
of resonant tones. Each dimensional understanding, as well as those within
the dimensional understandings, resonate their distinct frequencies and
it is misunderstood that knowledge can simply be given, one to another.
Rather it is pulsed forth on waves of sound or sensory input and thereby
translated by the receiver into whatever form and level of frequency such
receiver achieves. So what we do and the manner in which we communicate
with you is to provide a resonant wave of light, or information and allow
your receivers to translate such information and utilize such in the evolvement
of soul to accommodate such light quotient individually. Such utilization
ultimately generates a collective understanding and the light quotient
of the masses is so relegated from one frequency of a total nature to another.
Is your existence within the context of what we term space? If so, can
we see the area of your home from our northern hemisphere?
We exist in the dimensional realm rather than a material realm so it is
not conceivable for you to speculate our location on a material basis but
rather to assume a posture of resonant emotional tone to articulate our
presence. Also, the mental plane of existence stimulates a conceptualization
of us as beings but the visual locale which your species requires as a
frame of reference is unattainable and provides for you the challenge of
stretching your concepts of the nature of being and allows for us to integrate
our light beings with the reality of your essence through the illusion
of your perceptions.
Do we understand correctly that a shift in our focus can bring about a
change in the structure of what we know as time? If so, a shift towards
what?
Yes, a shift in focus can occur a shift in the consciousness of time. The
process for such a shift is the relegation of release from the coercion
of adherence to limiting consciousness. Such limited consciousness is the
result of many factors, some of which are the manipulative control of other
species of your genetic codes and your adherence to what you deem reliability
quotient of the manner in which reflection of beliefs promote the structure
you label as truth and verification. It is simply a system of thought that
generates a false reality so designed as to expound of the “truthfulness” of
it to engender adherence to it.
Bending time or shifting your focus of consciousness is articulated by
the rotation of the geometric resonance of the creative components of life
itself. You, as beings, are composed of geometric shapes in a encoded genetic
framework that enables the continuation and the expansion of evolvement
of your species. Knowing that your species is a conglomerate of many species
in the surrounding solar system and galaxy, as well as inter-universal
species, will act as a tremendous input of focus to bend the consciousness
of time. Understanding that time is an outgrowth of consciousness and not
a finite reality allows for such expansion. This is a subject for which
there are reams of information but we will restrict our dissertation in
this transmission to the scope of the question.
